Soul Asana (Gentle Yoga)
Soul Asana is our gentle yoga class and our way of pausing to be present in the moment. This class incorporates the use of full-body asanas as well as chair, wall, and floor asanas. All levels are welcomed.
R3 (Relax, Release, Restore)
This is a restorative yoga class that may include, muscle fascia release. Fascia is the tissue that connects, stabilizes and attaches the muscles under the skin. Many times if it is tight it reduces the range of motion and ability to stretch muscles. This class may not only release the fascia tissue in various parts of the body but also restore your parasympathetic nervous system with restorative yoga asanas. This class is idea for beginners, runners, and chronic athletes.
Rest, the complete cessation of movement allows our bodies to reset and rejuvenate. Nidra said is our Yoga Nidra class; a deeply relaxing yoga practice, where the hardest challenge is remaining still. In this practice, enjoy the benefits of resting while connecting to the subconscious mind.
Sumthin' 4 the People
Sumthin' 4 the people is our monthly donation based yoga class for the people to gather on their mats in common-unity. This class is sure to engage your muscles and reconnect you with your truth. This class is designed for all levels and welcoming for all.

Soul-care Sunday is a donation-based opportunity for people of color to come together in community. Soul-care Sunday is your sanctuary to dive deep into your personal healing and liberation(self-care) practice. We suggest bringing a yoga mat, pen and journal and a drink of your choice (preferably non-alcoholic).
