Food Mentoring Launch

30 minutes @ $15.00

For you if you struggle with emotional eating, lack of a self care routine, or confusing dietary frameworks, and prefer to have ease, enjoyability, and energy around your food life.

~We design a vision of how you desire to be eating and feeling

~Delve into your emotions and remove mental weeds.
~Practice transforming your inner landscape into a caring, friendly garden.
~Bloom into your most glorious vibrant self, sharing your goodness with the world!

Reiki Energy Healing

Soothe your mind, body, soul by receiving Reiki energy (gentle touch) with live heartfelt lullabies!

Offered in SE Portland or I can travel. Reiki is given with you clothed on a massage table.
