Welcome! Booking a photo shoot is as easy.
Step 1. Select your Category.Categories are based upon the type of services required and service area . Types of service are defined as:
- Real Estate
- Remodel Projects
- Apartment Rental
- Vacation Rental (STR)
- Commercial
- Builder
- Landscape / Pool
Step 2. Choose from the available packages and add-ons.
Photo packages start at just $140. All photo packages include "blue sky" and if you want, fire in the fireplace, images on the TV screen and even blue water if on a lake - absolutely FREE!

Step 3
Once your package and add-ons are selected, available appointment times will populate on your screen. Select the date and time. The available times are "real-time" and change as appointments are booked. The times available "now" may not be available a few hours from "now".
Step 4. Enter your property information.
Click "Complete Appointment".
Confirmations: You will receive three email confirmations. The first, is immediate. This is automated. If you did not receive a confirmation there is a good chance your order did not go thru. Please review your confirmation and check the details especially the address.
Included is a "get ready" checklist for you / your sellers. The second confirmation comes 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. The third confirmation will arrive 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Photo delivery: You will receive your photos the next morning after the photo shoot, typically before 6am. My goal is to have your photos available to you before you have your morning coffee. We do offer "same day" photo delivery. Select this add-on as needed. Please note, "Same Day" photos are delivered about 10pm.
Day of Photos - IMPORTANT!
- Please ask the homeowners to leave prior to the photo shoot time and to take any pets with them. Most shoots last about 30 - 45 minutes so we're not in the property that long.
- Have all lights on and blinds/curtains open. It's a good idea to have the homeowner try all lights on prior to photo day to ensure all lights work and bulbs are the same colors.
- Remove vehicles out of the driveway and close the garage door.
We may be up to 15 minutes early. In the rare instance we are running behind, you will receive a text letting you know.
