A Meet & Greet is a free opportunity for you to come and check out the studio, ask questions about learning piano, and hear about what makes learning music at The Blue Piano Studio a great experience!
If you are coming as an experienced learner, we will chat about your music background.If you are starting as a beginner, we will talk through the basic concepts that are a part of music lessons & studio policies.
A regular lesson spot can be discussed & booked during this appointment.

3. Lessons: Youth
New Musician: Beginners
Designed for 4-10 year olds that have expressed an interest in music or playing piano, these highly interactive lessons are dynamic and tailored to young attention spans while building the basic skills sets that lead to a lifetime of rewarding musical enjoyment.
Lots of fun for young minds included!
New Musician: Musical Colours: Grades 1-5
These levels are designed for young learners and are designed to progressively build their skill set after their first year of study. Students build comfort with fluid note recognition, rhythm, complex patterns, sight-reading, and playback in addition to working on interesting pieces.
Passing each level, students are rewarded with a colourful ribbon to celebrate their accomplishment.
4. Lessons: Advanced
Medallion Levels: Grades 6-7
Advanced learners develop tone, technique, and stamina with work on advanced repertoire and performance readiness.
Medallion Levels: Grades 8-10
1 hour 30 minutes
Advanced learners develop tone, technique, and stamina with work on advanced repertoire. Levels 8-9. Successful completion of these years is rewarded with a recognition medallion.
5 . Lessons: Adult Certificate
A great place to start for someone who has no experience in music, or has some experience with a different instrument, but would like to learn the basic skills of playing piano. This year gives you the basic concepts and will get you started on putting together pieces you'll enjoy playing.
The second year of study for adult learners. You will start to expand your musical vocabulary and skill set while achieving greater fluency on the keys.
