New Clients/Current Clients Online Booking
All appointments require a card on file for booking. ALL full set services booked via this website will require a $25 deposit - this includes full sets booked by current clients. This card can be used for payment at your appointment as per your choice. Also, should you be assessed any fees (late fee/no show fee), the fee can be applied to the card on file should you not successfully pay via the invoice emailed to you. You also have the option to pay the full base price of your service when booking. Please bear in mind, for add on services (i.e. gel polish, nail art, crystals, etc.) there may be additional charges at your service. Payments and deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Your appointment is booked special just for you. Please take a look at the policies below before booking.
Same Day Cancellation Fee (less than 24 hour notice) - $40
No Show Fee - $50
After Hours Fee - $20 (convenience fee added to service)
