Couture Nail Artistry - New Clients/Current Clients Online Booking
All appointments require a card on file for booking. ALL full set appointments booked via this website will require a $25 deposit - this includes full sets booked by current clients. Should you be assessed any fees (late fee/no show fee), the fee can be applied to the card on file. Payments and deposits for services are NONREFUNDABLE.
**This is a STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 hour cancellation policy**
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Reminders are sent 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, should you cancel in less than 24 hours, a Same Day Cancellation Fee will apply and will be due before your next service.

No Shows and Same Day Cancellations will now be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the requested service.
This amount will be AUTOMATICALLY charged to your card on file as per the agreement you make in your client questionnaire upon booking. If the charge is declined, my assistant will attempt to reach you to resolve. If the charge goes unpaid, it may result in you being banned as a client and will prevent future bookings until the charge is resolved.
Please Note: Multiple repeated cancelations can result in inability to book future appointments.
