Full body Muscle Imbalance Assessment (2hr) + Programme
Comprehensive movement screen to identify muscle imbalances, asymmetries and the root cause of injuries/restrictions. We will assess the mobility, stability and function of joints and movements related to your training and identify dysfunction. We will then design personalised movements to address these restrictions and build a programme with video assistance to implement into your training.
e.g. do you have knee pain/hip shift when squatting? do you have lower back pain when deadlifting?
60min Session + Mini-Programme
Targeted movement assessment to focus on a specific injury/issue. Suitable as a follow up to a comprehensive movement screen or for a minor check-in.
e.g. are you now pain free following a 2hr movement screen and want to progress? Are you struggling with toes to bar or handstand walk technique?
