A deposit is required to secure your appointment at the end of booking. All deposits are non-refundable non-transferable. If something comes up and you need to reschedule your appointment, you are responsible for taking care of this adjustment 24 hours prior to your service. You are able to reschedule your service through your appointment confirmation email. If you fail to reschedule and miss your appointment your deposit will be forfeited
All consultations will be seen only on Wednesdays.

All custom color services for wigs and/or installs MUST purchase extensions from Rose Style Studio Collection. Due to the Integrity and quality of the extensions after every color service, Rosemary wants to ensure that the desire color request is achievable and quality matters. Please visit rosestylestudio.com to purchase extensions before your service.
Consultation is still REQUIRED for custom unit and custom color.

TRANSITIONING FROM SEW-IN TO CUSTOM WIG?
Schedule your "New Unit Consultation" at least 1 week before your initial install appointment. Consultations are available only on WEDNESDAYS. At scheduling you'll be scheduling two appointments. If you would like to do a virtual consultation please schedule online if that's more accommodating to your schedule. Please note you'll need to drop off extensions at salon THE NEXT DAY. If you are purchasing extensions from the collection make sure that is done before your consulation. Email if you have any questions at email@example.com

All guest and stylist is required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth while in the salon.
You must wait in your car until your stylist calls for you to enter.
Each stylist is allowed one guest at a time in the salon. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
No extra guest or children are allowed.
Guest are no longer allowed to self serve refreshments. Please ask your stylist to help.
All guest must wash hands or sanitizer upon entering the salon.
If you been diagnosed with COVID-19 PLEASE RESCHEDULE.
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING COLD OR FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS, please reschedule.
We will be taking your temperature upon arrival so if you have a fever you’ll be sent home. NO EXCEPTIONS.
