Scheduling & Cancellation Policy: Upon booking your appointment, your bank card information needs to be taken at the time of scheduling. You will also be charged a $25 non-refundable deposit which will need to be confirmed in order to receive appointment. You’ll receive a 72hr confirmation email prior to your appointment and another reminder 48hr mark. If you cancel your appointment within 24hrs , or do not show up you will be charged 50% of your service. No call/ No show will be charge a $100 fee.
BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU ARE IN AGREEANCE WITH ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
Rescheduling is only valid up to 48 hours before original appointment. In order to use your deposit you must book a new appointment within 30 days of your original appointment date. You are only allowed 1 reschedule per appointment.
LATENESS: I understand that it can sometimes be traffic so I give a 10 minute grace period to arrive to your appt. At 15-minute mark, a $25 late fee will be added to the service total. At the 30-minute mark and no communication to stylist your appointment will be canceled and no refund of deposit. If by chance I’m running late out of respect of your time I’ll add on a complimentary service or deduct a percentage myself.
