No Sweat Intro
In our No Sweat intro we want to learn what it is that you're looking for in your fitness journey. Do you want weight loss? A feeling of comfort in yourself? Strength and performance gain? Sport specific improvement?
Our 30 minute intro will help us get to know these things about you, as well as explain how CrossFit Rampage and our programs work. We'll show you around the gym and answer any questions you may have.
*This is not a workout, no need to dress for exercise.
No Snack Intro
Our Nutrition Program is designed to help educate you on what food choices are best for your individual needs and goals. We'll determine this by starting out with a "No-Snack" intro session with our nutrition coach Molly Jackel. The purpose the intro is to learn more about your relationship with food, what type of results you'd like to get in the gym, and how to help get you there. We'll answer all of your questions, and ask some of our own. No prerequisite knowledge of nutrition or cooking is r
