Aquatic tension release techniques support the individual to recognise and release their subconsciously held psycho-emotional pockets of tension in the physical body through a somatic based approach. Deep muscular relaxation in the arms of the Practitioner, guided in warm water temperature, stimulates the relaxation response of the parasympathetic nervous system that allows the body and mind a blissful recovery rest.
