New Client – Antenatal Help/Advice

1 hour 15 minutes @ £55.00

This appointment will include how milk production works, how to hand-express colostrum (from 36 weeks only) and establish a good milk supply, help with baby feeding aspects of the birth plan, and the importance of breast crawl and skin-to-skin contact after birth.

Follow-Up – Antenatal Help/Advice

1 hour @ £50.00

Colostrum expression check-up and help, recap of topics covered in the initial appointment if needed, and answering any questions you may have.

New Client – Breast-/Bottle-Feeding Advice

1 hour 15 minutes @ £55.00

Baby feeding advice: This will include how milk supply works, positioning baby for breast feeding, assessing baby’s latch, and finding the best feeding position for you and your baby. We can cover how to breastfeed if you have twins, or how to pace bottle-feeds if that is applicable.

Follow Up – Breast-/Bottle Feeding Advice

1 hour @ £50.00

Checking progress, adjusting positioning, latch, or paced bottle feeding if needed, and answering any questions you may have.
