**** EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY- All clients are required to wear a mask or face covering to and during his or her appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING- All information below is for your benefit. Booking appointment is acknowledgment that you have read and agree with guidelines below.
All appointments require a $25 NON REFUNABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE deposit at the time of booking that will be deducted from the total cost of service.***Deposit is due at the time you schedule appointment, and goes towards your service.** Appointment is not guaranteed until deposit is paid in full.
*** Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES.***
You are however able to transfer your deposit to another date ONLY if you change your appointment within 48 hours (2 days before) your scheduled appointment time.
*** Same Day Cancellations - Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to a new date. In order to rebook, you must use scheduling link and pay a new deposit to reserve your appointment.
***It is recommended to pay remaining balance in CASH or Zelle. However ,you can pay remaining balance of service via CashApp, Venmo or Credit Card in which there is an additional 3% of total service added due to processing fees. If you do not wish to pay the 3% increase, please come prepared to pay balance with cash.
******THERE WILL BE A $30 UPCHARGE FOR HAIR THAT IS NOT PROPERLY DETANGLED FROM PREVIOUS STYLE, SHAMPOOING AND DEEP CLEANSING HAIR AFTER FRESHLY REMOVED, BRAIDS, CORNROWS, SEWINS, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF PROTECTIVE STYLE IF THE HAIR HAS A NOTICABLE BUILDUP OF PRODUCT / DANDRUFF TO BE REMOVED. (THIS REQUIRES ME TO PERFORM MULTIPLE SHAMPOOS AND MORE TIME TO REMOVE THE BUILDUP CLEASE AND DETANGLE THE HAIR)
LATE POLICY
*** There is a 10 minute grace period, clients arriving more than 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time, will be charged a $5 late fee. If you cannot make your appointment on scheduled time you are required to contact me at least 48 hours to reschedule and your deposit will be held until you rebook your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late to their appointment will be asked to reschedule. Deposit is non- refundable and non transferable to any future appointments. You must use scheduling link to rebook your appointment and pay a new deposit to secure.
*****PLEASE NOTE** Prices are subject to change with all services based on the length of hair (5 inches or more past the shoulder) and thickness of clients hair. Longer/ thicker hair requires more time, effort and product to complete services.
**** LASH INFORMATION ****
****PLEASE COME WITH LASHES CLEAN AND FREE OF ANY MAKEUP. THERE IS A $10 CHARGE FOR LASH BATHS****
***I do not offering fill-ins after the 3rd week please book a FULL SET if it’s been over 3 weeks. If you select a fill-in and it has been over 3 weeks, you will be charged for a full set. NO EXCEPTIONS
***If one eye is bald (missing more than 40% of lashes, you need a full set! DO NOT book a fill-in, you will be charged for a full set. NO EXCEPTIONS
***PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT work over top of another lash technicians work. I ONLY work on lashes that have been installed by me.***
****When booking lash appointment, please book the CORRECT set of lashes/ fill-in. Glam Lashes (aka Classic Lashes) are meant to give you a more natural lash look and are not meant to be as full as volume lashes. If you want a fuller lash look with more volume/fluff then you will need to book the Hybrid or Volume Diva Lash set.
All completed services are NON-REFUNDABLE
