IF YOU’RE BOOKING FOR A MAKEUP APPLICATION, YOUR EYEBROWS MUST BE GROOMED PRIOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF NOT, THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA $10 IF I HAVE TO GROOM THEM FOR YOU.
* Please note that ALL deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable! Please make sure you are able to come to the date & time you book, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit & have to reschedule again. (unless I’ve contacted you myself to reschedule)
- I ACCEPT CARD, CASH OR ZELLE ONLY AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO CASH APP OR VENMO WILL BE ACCEPTED 🗣
-You are charged $10 if you are late between 10-15 minutes.
-After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your service fee to the card on file. ((My time is valuable and communication is key with me to assure our time together is maximized)).
- I do understand that things come up & situations happen, so when canceling your appointment I will need to be notified (text or call) at least 24 hours in advance in order for you to reschedule. If notified the day of, you will be charged 50% of the service fee & will have to book again & pay another deposit.
-NO CALL, NO SHOW will be charged 100% service charge. If the card declines, you will not be able to book with me again.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED UPON ENTERING THE BUILDING. Of course if you are getting makeup services, your mask will be removed. If I have to provide a mask to you, it is $3. No extra guest are allowed to come in with you.
Lash babes: Be mindful of my time when using your phone. For you, this is a time for relaxation. Starting March 1, 2021, if there is any excess phone usage, you will be charged an extra $10.
