Based on the Five Elements of traditional Chinese medicine - Spring, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn and Winter - & the associated elements & meridians, this will be a blend of still yin shapes and moving sequences that will aim to nourish, stimulate & bring harmony and balance to the body whatever season we are in
