The Overlooked Importance of Vitamin D
Vitamin D is traditionally known as the vitamin that builds strong, healthy bones. Through research, we now know that nearly every tissue and cell type in the body has receptors for vitamin D, which means that Vitamin D's role in the body goes far beyond just bone health.
This workshop will focus on the importance of Vitamin D, why most Americans are not getting enough of it, and how its deficiency is linked to nearly every disease.
Vitamin D levels will be drawn from each participant after the class.
the ISHTA Yoga approach,is designed to help you develop that space in your mind, and the ability to enjoy longer periods of meditation. Meditation is the process of allowing your brain to become accustomed to stillness, which gives us the ability to gain perspective and distance, which we need in order to balance ourselves better. This unique Active Relaxation class teaches students how to use different props to support the body so they can let go of all tension.

Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Experience an energetic breath & movement yoga class that utilizes a flowing sequence of poses that generate heat within the body that will increase your strength, flexibility, & balance. The teacher will first guide students through a flow together, then, the class is given space to move at their own pace. This Vinyasa class is for all levels. (HOT Vinyasa Temperature 78°-85° F).
