Before booking please give our class T’s & C’s a once over... to make it easy we’ve listed them below. Please take particular note of the Covid-19 information.
Cancellation Policy
Coaching Classes – If you need to cancel your class and you give us more than 72 hours notice we will be happy to reschedule you or give you a store credit for your class fee. If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours you forfeit your class fee. Flexible cancellation policies may apply for customers who are unable to attend classes due to symptoms linked to Covid-19. Any refunds or store credits will be at our discretion.
Single and Multi Day Group Classes – If you need to cancel your class and you give us more than 4 weeks notice we will be happy to give you a store credit for your class fee. If you give us less than 4 weeks notice we won’t refund you, unless we can find someone to take your place. Flexible cancellation policies may apply for customers who are unable to attend classes due to symptoms linked to Covid-19. Any refunds or store credits will be at our discretion.
Multi Day Classes – If you miss a class we can offer you one catch up coaching class at a 50% discount (up to a maximum of 2 hours). If you miss additional classes you will need to book in for a catch up coaching class at full cost.
Things you should know about class...
1. We start on time – please arrive early to set up and be prepared with any pre-class prep work already completed.
2. Photos - We‘ll probs take your photo and put it onto our website or socials – this is because we think you’re pretty cool and we want everyone else to know just how awesome you are. If you don’t want your photo to be used please just let us know.
3. Class Materials - We send you a list of things you need to bring to class. You can rest assured everything else will be provided to you at the time of your class
COVID-19 Information

Covid Safe Practices
In order to minimise the risk of exposure to Covid-19 we have adopted the following practices in line with our Covid Safe Plan:
- Regular cleaning and sanitation with particular focus on high traffic areas.
- Mask wearing in accordance with government requirements.
- A commitment to social distancing.
- An in-store and class capacity limit.
- Flexible cancellation policies for customers who are unable to attend classes due to symptoms linked to Covid-19.
Covid Declaration
Prior to attending your class you will be asked to confirm that when you attend the class you will not have:
- Travelled overseas in the last 14 days
- Been a close contact of someone who has Covid-19. If following the class you are advised that you had been, at the point of attendance at the class, a close contact, you agree to advise us immediately.
- Any symptoms of Covid-19 including:
- Fever
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Fatigue
- Shortness of breath
- Runny nose
- Diarrhoea
- Vomiting or Nausea
- Loss of Taste and or Smell
