A private yoga therapy session allows problems and concerns to be addressed personally and appropriately, and can then followed by or augmented with working in a group class. Private sessions are a nice way to begin, support or advance your own personal practice.

An opportunity for certified Reiki practitioners of all lineages to join together for an evening of giving & receiving Reiki. Practice will include guided self practice, chanting, meditation, discussion and sharing of Reiki. Masks are welcome, but not required. Donations are welcome.

An introduction to Reiki for anyone who would like to know more about this healing and meditation practice that originated in Japan in 1920 by Mikao Usui. An opportunity for questions and discussion and an experience of practice and receiving. Snacks provided.

An offering for level I initiated Reiki practitioner's who are ready to be fully immersed in the teachings and benefits of Reiki. Students will receive an Okuden manual, 3 attunments, an introduction and understanding of the sacred symbols and mantas and an Okuden certificate of achievement.
