Payment is required at time of booking. You will be able to pay via PayPal or a credit or debit card after scheduling your appointment.
Once you schedule your session, you may reschedule or cancel up to 22 hours before the scheduled start of the session. Cancellations greater than 22 hours in advance are entitled to a 90% refund. The 10% that I keep is to compensate me for the time spent in scheduling your appointment and then processing the refund. Cancellations attempted less than 22 hours before the session will not be entitled to any refund and will NOT be rescheduled (except in the case of documented emergency situations). You may cancel or reschedule on your own by clicking the button to Cancel or Reschedule in the appointment confirmation e-mail which you will receive.
By booking an appointment, you are affirming that you understand and agree to the above cancellation/rescheduling policy.
If you are in the U.S. or Canada, your session will be conducted via phone. Please make sure you enter the correct phone number that you would like me to call you at. If you are located somewhere other than the U.S. or Canada, I will contact you after you book to discuss using an alternate platform (e.g. Skype audio, Zoom audio, or WhatsApp audio).
*If you are paying extra to have a video session, I will e-mail you to set that up. We can use Skype, Zoom, or WhatsApp.
