SICK Policy: Sessions are offered in-person, by phone, or video-conference. With regards to the COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses, if you choose to attend sessions in-person you do so at your own risk. For the safety of everyone, If you have symptoms or have been exposed to COVID or another communicable illness please schedule a virtual session or reschedule for two weeks past your last symptom or date of exposure.
If you have any questions or concerns about safety please feel free to call and we can discuss how to make this work the best for you and to create the least disruption to your goals.
When booking, you will select how you would prefer to attend your session when you schedule. There will be instructions on how to attend the session in the confirmation email. Friday is virtual only and we may have additional availability for virtual sessions that are not shown through the online booking system. If you are having trouble finding a good time slot please reach out by text message (512-843-2656) and we can review the schedule.
