BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
CONSULTATIONS
Please do NOT pay for your appointment AT THE TIME OF booking.
During the booking process, please select PAY LATER to make payment on the day of your consultation.
Payment of your consultation is requested ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, within 2 hours of your appointment time.
You will receive a Pre-Payment Reminder email 2 hours prior to your appointment - please wait until you have received this to make payment.
Please follow the booking steps below.
WORKSHOPS
If you are booking for a WORKSHOP, please select the only date option provided and follow steps. Payment is requested at time of booking.
Continue on below for consultation booking process.
- It is strongly suggested that all 6 appointments for the Happy Inside Program be booked upfront, and within a period of 10 weeks. This is to ensure you can secure availabilities. Payments are made at each consultation. Please select "Pay Later" during payment options.

PAYMENTS
- All payments are made via the secure payment platform, Stripe.
- PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Please select "Pay Later" during booking.
- Appointment reminders will be sent 2 hours prior to each appointment with the payment link included.
RESCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS
- Reschedules and cancellations cannot be completed online less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. If under 48 hours notice, you will be required to contact the clinic for any cancellations, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee will be payable prior to your next appointment.
- The cancellation fee will be charged for ALL cancellations under the 48 hours notice, with no exceptions for illness.
