Who needs a gym? Cardio and strength training happens right here on your paddleboard. Each 60-minute PaddleFit SUP class offers interval training on the water, where you will alternate between sprint-paddleboarding and completing a set of exercises, such as squats, pushups, burpees, lunges, sit-ups and more to increase board skills, balance, endurance, strength and focus. This class is designed to accommodate all skill levels but participants must have some prior SUP experience and know how to swim.
