All cancellations must be made 48 hours before the appointment, same-day cancellations or reschedules will require a partial payment or a new deposit respectively. Not canceling/rescheduling early costs me time and money and also affects other clients.
For all human hair styles with color mix, please add on human color mix and braid color mix.
1: Hair is included, please text preferred color and color mix adds extra balance depending on the number of color mix.
2: A $40 non-refundable deposit is required when booking.
3: Lateness after 15 minutes will attract a $20 charge and lateness after 20 minutes cancels the appointment.
4: You are only allowed 1 rescheduling; the next will attract a new $40 deposit, and the previous deposit does not go toward the new balance.
5: Style design must not be the same as the photo. Send a text with a photo of the style design or pattern.
