As a courtesy to other patients and to me, please notify me 24 business hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. Please keep in mind that, because I do not double or triple-book appointment slots (as many health care providers do), time that has been set aside for you cannot be used by anyone else if you do not provide sufficient advance notice that you are not coming.
If you are a new patient, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out intake paperwork. If you are a returning patient, please plan to arrive on time or a few minutes early to use the restroom before your treatment. I strive to run on time to avoid anyone having to wait.
