All APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUESTED, you will receive a confirmation or cancellation email within 24-48 hours.
Please contact Tanika if you need assistance before the 24-48 hour response time.
All appointments will require a non-refundable deposit for new and existing clients and will be applied to your balance.
If Tanika cancel's the appointment your deposit will be refunded.
Policies:
1. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule or no show your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. A retainer fee is required for all appointments at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due at the time of service. Please be prompt! If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment, you will be charged a $20 late fee.
2. Please be mindful that services are reserved for you and other clients to have total relaxation. For this reason and insurance liability, please no children or other guest; unless they have a scheduled appointment.
3. (MAKEUP CLIENTS ONLY) Eyebrows must be groomed before appointment.
COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
- Masks are mandatory for each appointment.
- You will be sent a waiver in a reminder text and email that must be completed with each visit
- Your temperature will be taken.
- You must wash your hands or use hand sanitizer prior to the start of your appointment.
- Please do not bring any unnecessary items into the salon.
