Wellness Wednesday Meditation (single)
This will be a 4 weeks of Meditation to release, reset and rebuild. While each class can be done as a stand alone. You're encouraged to see this challenge through.
The classes will be Wednesday evening to maintain wellness, mindfulness and peace as we go through our week.
Young Living Essential Oils will be incorporated to allow for the releasing and letting go of old patterns that no longer serve you as well as oils to empower & propel you forward.
