All appointments are subjected to a retainer, remaining balance must be paid, (cash), on the day of your appointment.

MAKEUP:

All shades of foundation and a full kit of makeup plus eyelashes are included with all our make up services. Providing your own is optional.

Please come with a fresh face (no make up). If you have a cold sore please do not attend your appointment. You will be able to reschedule your appointment.

HAIR:

All hair products are provided with our hair services (apart from the hair you will be using) I.E extensions or weave. Please remember to NOT PUT GREASE OR OIL in your hair before your appointment. Please remember to bring spare hair if your hair is bellow 4 inchesStay away from LEAVE IN CONDITIONER, it tends to flake the scalp.

Please note that all Ponytails include straightening, ensure that your hair is washed and blow-dried before your appointment!

FRONTAL PONY

Please send your fontal 7 days prior to your appointment and your frontal must be HD lace

Please come with your hair straight if you do not wish you then please select straightening option

Wig Units

I will need your hair 7 days before your appointment any later will result in a late fee of £20. If you bring the hair a day before you will pay the fee of an emergency appointment £40. I do not accept hair or make the wig on the day of your appointment.

Please note that a minimum of THREE bundles are used for each unit and when purchasing long lengths unless the wefts are thick it would be best to use four for the fullness.

Rescheduling & Cancelations

Please note retainers are non refundable.

In an event where appointments are cancelled or rescheduled outside of this time frame there is a £20 cancellation or rescheduling fee.

No show appointments without communication will automatically be charged the remaining balance of their service and blocked off the system.

This policy is to ensure fairness for all clients who wish to book. It is also there to uphold respect for both client and technicians time & availability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Appointments before 12pm and after 6pm are a premium fee of £20. Kindly, bare this in mind when booking your appointment.

• Please note that if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment you will incur a late fee of £15 and if you are 15 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled
• Frontals, 7 days prior to your appointment. The reason for this is to have it prepared and customised. Failure to do so will result in a £25 late fee.
• Retainers are paid against your appointment date. Therefore, if you chose to cancel or reschedule your appointment your retainer cannot be refunded.
• Sunday appointments are a fee of £30
• All appointments will be subject to a retainer to secure the appointment. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.
• Please note that we have a STRICT NO PLUS ONE POLICY.
