For injury assessment, pain management and rehabilitation from injury, surgery or similar. Suitable for any muscular or joint pains, back or neck pain and previous injuries not fully resolved. Also suitable for post-surgical rehabilitation. Sessions can take 30-60 minutes each, please get in touch beforehand if you are limited for time.
This session is a free 30 minute consultation which covers a full assessment and describes the treatment plan based off your findings. This is for new clients only.
Extended Session: Pain Therapy
This is ideal for long time chronic pain sufferers, those who are fed up with other approaches not working and those who have multiple pain issues. The added time allows an extra thorough assessment and enough time to effectively begin pain reduction through movement based therapy.

This offer includes 3 one hour sessions. Session 1 includes a comprehensive assessment to identify potential injury risks, asymmetries and/or power leaks.
Sessions 2 & 3 will show you the best ways to tackle these issues in the gym for self care.
