An opportunity to meet, play and explore. Your first visit has limitless scope, it's a chance to share ideas and experiences, set goals and notice change. This could mean physical assessment, yoga & movement practice, manual therapy or anything in between.
Follow up - One-on-one
Come back for your follow up sessions as required. The structure of these sessions will be focused around your goals and needs. We have established techniques and connections that serve your body and will be working together in a way that benefits you.
