CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch technique that frees restrictions deep in the body. It alleviates pain and dysfunction. Intra-Oral work is a gentle form of mouth work that can help relieve jaw pain, TMJ dysfunction, migraines, headaches, and tooth pain.

Couples Massage

2 hours 30 minutes @ $175.00

Book a couples massage for you and your significant other. This couples massages are back-to-back appointments. One of you will get your massage first, then the other. You'll have your choice of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Craniosacral, or Prenatal massage. Or maybe a combo of a few different modalities.

Lower Back Private Session

45 minutes @ $65.00

In this private session, you will learn about the various structures that make up the hips and lower back. You’ll learn different yoga poses that strengthen and stretch to help with hip tightness, low back tension, and that will help relieve pain in your lower back, hips, and thighs.

In addition to yoga poses, you'll also be using tennis balls, lacrosse balls, and foam rollers to help with self massage for different parts of the shoulder girdle and upper back.

Upper Back Private Session

45 minutes @ $65.00

In this private session, you will learn about the various structures that make up the shoulders and upper back. You’ll learn different yoga poses that strengthen and stretch to help with shoulder tightness, combat poor posture, and that will help relieve pain in your upper back, neck, and shoulder blades.

Myofascial release is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. Connective tissues called fascia surround the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body.

This type of massage is done very slowly, in order to sink into the fascia and muscles with little pain for the client and effort for the therapist. There is also little to no lubricant used for this type of massage so the therapist can grip on to the muscles and fascia.

This workshop is available for a max of 5 infants. Price per family is $40. Workshop length is 2hrs.

Foam Roller Workshop & Photo Shoot

2 hours

We’ll be Foam Rolling the entire body in addition to this being a photo shoot for a book. Please come prepared to have your photo taken.

Private Yomassage™ Class

1 hour 30 minutes @ $189.00

Yomassage™ is a fusion of relaxing and supported yoga poses with hands on massage therapy. Each pose is held for 5-8 minutes while a massage therapist comes around and performs manual massage on different parts of the body. This class can host a max of 5 people and lasts around 90 minutes.

Yomassage™ not only allows your body to stretch and relax in restorative/yin poses, but to increase circulation, provide myofascial release, and trigger point therapy through massage.
