Rescheduling Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment, should you wish to reschedule. To reschedule your appointment, please refer to your confirmation booking email.
Cancellation Policy: Clients who do not attend the allocated appointment and/or do not contact the store to reschedule their appointment within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equal to the values of the fee for that booking.

order to complete the necessary paperwork.
