Scheduling online: Please use this site to make, reschedule, and cancel all appointments. You can create an account to save all your information and modify appointments. You will be prompted to create an account after making your first appointment. Your information is kept confidential and is not shared with any third parties.
Payment Guidelines: Payment for group classes is due upon enrollment in the class. Other payment is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Checks may be made payable to ACT Language Schools.
Pay Later: You may select to reserve your appointment without paying, save your credit card information for future use, and be charged automatically on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, and a 10-day cancellation policy for group classes. Please be sure to cancel before the deadline to receive a full refund; otherwise, you will be charged in full. We appreciate your timely cancellation, which allows us to make room for other students. We will always try to make room for you!
