MUST READ THIS POLICY PRIOR BOOKING
If you have had the area you want to schedule an appointment for previously tattooed, you MUST send an email with clear photos for approval PRIOR BOOKING APPOINTMENT (email@example.com). If you schedule your appointment but fail to discuss your previously done permanent makeup with us, you might be turned away and your deposit will be non-refundable.
YOU MUST READ “Am I a good candidate” section in FAQ prior booking your appointment. If you have any condition described there, you must email me first at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you fail to mention any of the conditions (at least 72 hours prior your appointment) and come at the appointment, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited.
In order to secure your spot, ANNA RUCI PERMANENT MAKEUP (LASTING TOUCH) requires a non-refundable deposit which comes off the total amount due on the day of your session.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule their appointment. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
If you change your mind about the procedure/cancel the appointment within 48 hours of your session, your deposit is non-refundable.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and you have not called or texted about your estimated time of arrival, you will be considered a No Show and deposit will be forfeited. You will be asked to pay another non-refundable deposit to re-book your session.
ANNA RUCI PERMANENT MAKEUP (LASTING TOUCH) does not offer refunds.
