Out of respect for my time and yours, I maintain a strict no-show/late cancel policy. All Clients who give less than 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment via e-mail or text are subject to full-charge of session cost that is non-refundable AND an additional non-refundable $35 cancellation charge. Repeated (more than twice) late cancellations, no shows, arriving chronically late to appointments, and/or repeat last minute rescheduling of sessions are subject to full-charge of session cost without refund, $35 non-refundable cancellation fee, AND client termination. It is assumed clients consent to this policy at time of booking.
