Girls' Yoga Tribe

Pre-teens and high school students will learn yoga & mindfulness through exploration of themes and lessons focused on establishing balance & self-regulation, accessing inner-strength, and expanding self-awareness. Students will learn to slow down, reduce stress and improve their ability to focus and pay attention. The class will begin with a discussion, followed by mindful breathing techniques, asana instruction, guided rest, and engaged discussions for applying yoga & mindfulness every day.

Buti Yoga - Donation Class

Donation based class benefiting Love Your Brain. Buti Yoga is a relatively new style of yoga that combines jump training (plyometrics), tribal dancing and dynamic yoga asana into an intense workout. The workout is both uplifting and motivating, enabling practitioners to set aside ego and embrace their own beauty and build confidence. This cardio-intensive yoga workout is designed to transform body and soul through the method of SST, which forms the basis for Buti yoga's dynamic flow sequence.

Gratitude Flow - Donation Class

Donation based class benefiting Love Your Brain. Slow down and open yourself up to the beauty of the present with this slow flowing Gratitude Yoga class. Develop a deep sense of appreciation for everything in this life. Minimum donation of $10 required to attend.

Mother's Day - Partners Yoga

Price includes class for two students. Celebrate this Mother's Day with mothers, daughters, sons or friends. Partner yoga is a style of asana practice in which two people support each other in poses in a way that enhances the postures and builds trust and communication. Working with a partner provides balance in a pose while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment. It also allows each yogi to experience the pose in a different way.
