Mindful Eating Online Class - January 7th 2019
Equip yourself with the skills and knowledge to be a more mindful eater. No foods are off limits, instead, mindful eating involves learning about hunger fullness cues, learning to love all foods without judgement and how to break from diets.
All classes are for beginners only NOT experienced mindful eaters.
$100 for 4 weeks. Limited to 10 people.
Starts 8pm Monday 7th January 2019
