Tim is an experienced therapist and draws upon a variety of approaches including EMDR, a rapid-processing technique to resolve past traumas, as well as Psychodyanamic, CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Coherence Therapy that help to overcome depression and anxiety and draw upon the brain's ability to change.
