In any case full session fees shall be charged for sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the session time unless a medical emergency occurs and can be proved.

No refunds, discounts and/or session modifications shall be given for being late so please make sure to arrive or prepare for Skype calls 10-15 min prior to your sessions to avoid technical or other issues.

The results of services are not guaranteed.
