Price reflects the cost of the appointment ($250) plus standard New York State sales tax (8.875%)

Rescheduling and cancellation require 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the appointment fee. If your cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advanced you will receive a full refund. If you reschedule more than 48 hours in advance your fee will be applied towards the new appointment day/time.
