Completing disclosures on your own can be confusing and overwhelming. I would like to walk you through the process. We can schedule this via zoom or over the phone. I suggest blocking 90 minutes for this appointment to ensure that we are thorough.

We will printout a list of available homes at that meeting as well as review the market dynamic and general supply of inventory for what you are looking for. If it feels like a good fit we will schedule a 2nd appointment and take you on a Grand Tour.

Grand Tour

If we already had our initial buyer meeting and it feels like a good fit I will take you on a Grand Tour of all the areas in your price range. You will be able to eliminate the areas that don't work and focus on the areas you like best.

Combination Initial Buyer Meeting and Grand Tour

During our time together we will discuss your needs and how we work with our clients. We will printout a list of available homes at that meeting as well as review the market dynamic and general supply of inventory for what you are looking for.
