Booking Same Day Installs

All units MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE APPOINTMENT. All units, or bundles are final sale. On Hand inventory may vary. When booking a same day install book under the service.. On hand pick up/install services are first come, first serve.

Booking Policy

When booking leaving your information (name, phone number, email address, and address) is required. If you do not have that information your appointment will be cancelled. NO EXTRA PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED, (children are not an exception.) PLEASE USE THE BATHROOM BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, there will not be one available. A non refundable deposit is also required to secure your appointment. Deposits are sent to my cash app, Zelle, or Venmo. Your deposit not only guarantees your desired date and time, but it protects mines as well.If you choose to cancel your appointment, it needs to be done within 24 hours, and you’re allowed to reschedule 1 time before a new deposit is required; after that reschedule you will need to send a new deposit. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. If your deposit isn’t received 2 days before your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.

Squeeze In Appointments

If the availability is blocked off or booked, you may text me for a squeeze in fee! Squeeze in fees are an additional $50 and must be paid with your deposit totaling to $82. Squeeze in fees are NON REFUNDABLE and unable to be rescheduled. You will not receive the deposit back if you miss your appointment. You will have to rebook as a new appointment and if needed to be squeezed in again you will have to pay another fee!

Late Fees

Coming late to an appointment is a $20 late fee, after 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled. When rescheduling there is a $25 rescheduling fee. Keep in mind when you are late it cuts into another clients time slot, so please be on time, come to your appointment with your previous hair style removed, washed and blow dried. For a wash and blow dry before your booked service there is an additional charge.
