Flow yoga is about a series of movements, each linked to another using the power of the breath and creative sequencing. The practice incorporates also breathing techniques and meditation and it is open to all levels of practice with a pace that suits the individual. This class is open to all levels. I will offer modifications to cater for all abilities. Please have a mat ready and a blanket or towel to use under your head or back for extra support. Please let the teacher know if you have any injuries.
