This is a 5-week online community support class that will meet on zoom with Dr. Tara Scott, Beth Kaczmer, and Salena Rothenberger. You will get an introductory assessment & a review at the end with either Beth or Salena. Food plans will be available as well as weekly support during the zoom calls. Participants who complete all zoom meetings will receive a code for 60-day access to "Revitalize Your Hormone" course.
