This appointment is suitable for anyone who is interested in any of the HCR programmes such as Diastasis, C-section, HCR Every Woman Pelvic floor and not sure which programme will suit you best. What will be included depends on an individual and personal situation. Generally: diastasis check, posture assessment, breathing and core muscle activation, soft tissue work. Prior to the appointment, you will have to fill a detailed medical questionnaire.
