ALL APPOINTMENT REQUESTS must be confirmed by Natural Symmetry massage via phone, text or email prior to the time of service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any prospective client(s) if it presents any type of safety or health concern, whether actual or perceived, to either you the client, or the therapist.

Natural Symmetry Massage will do nothing that goes beyond the scope of practice as prescribed by the New York State Licensing agency, under whose authority licensure is granted for massage, or the established national standards as set for Complete Lymphatic Therapists for the treatment of Lymphedema and related pathologies.
