Basic Bike fit
During the Basic fit session, we look at your seat height, handlebar height & reach. We don't suddenly forget all our bike fitting knowledge and fit you with traditional static methods though. This still involves HD video analysis.
Advanced Bike Fit
In this session we will look at your personal physical strengths and limitations and the goals you have for cycling and perfectly match your unique body to your bike. Combining an extensive physical assessment and expert knowledge we spend a lot of time looking and listening to what YOU need. You will walk away with a better bike position, dimensions of your new set-up and recommendations on how to further improve to achieve your goals. Takes 2 - 3 hours plus a follow-up session.
Advanced Bike Fit ( AERO BARS / TT / TRIATHLON)

Simply put, the adjustments on a time trial bike with aerobar extensions take a lot longer to change and position correctly. This session includes the same processes as the advanced fit, however, allows us extra time to make the adjustments to the cockpit.
