PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING BELOW.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Private (1:1) Lessons:

• 2/3 of our instructors will teach private (1:1) swimming lessons all day from 8am - 6pm.
• the first two hours of the day (8am - 10am) will only be available for children who are Lifesaving Society Swimmer 3 and above (please read more about level requirements in our booking instructions below).
• Our sessions consist of 4 lessons that run daily from Monday - Thursday of each week.

Semi-Private (2:1) Lessons:

• 1/3 of our instructors will teach semi-private (2:1) swimming lessons all day from 8am - 6pm.
• these lessons will only be available for children who are Lifesaving Society Swimmer 3 and above (please read more about level requirements in our booking instructions below).
• registration for a semi-private spot will need to be made under one parent's name (you can register two children from two different households, but one parent will need to register).
• payment for semi-private lessons will need to be sent via e-transfer from the parent that registered (if two children from two different households are sharing a semi-private lesson, only one parent should pay via e-transfer to avoid confusion).
• Our sessions consist of 4 lessons that run daily from Monday - Thursday of each week.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

This year we have decided to designate each of our instructors to teach a specific range of levels. Please pay careful attention to the requirements of each category prior to booking, and please use your child's most recent progress report to assist with this.

Any Level:

• Book this category if your child has never taken swimming lessons, and/or is under the age of 5, and/or does not meet the level 2+ criteria.

Level 2+:

• Book this category if your child has completed Lifesaving Society Swimmer 1, Red Cross Swim Kids 2, or can jump into chest-deep water by themselves and into deep-water wearing a lifejacket; open their eyes underwater, hold their breath underwater, and float, kick and glide on their front and back with ease.

Level 3+:

• Book this category if your child has completed Lifesaving Society Swimmer 2, Red Cross Swim Kids 3, or can jump into deep water, tread water for more than 20 seconds, and swim 10 meters of front crawl and back crawl with ease.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Upon registration, we will take a $50 deposit, this will be non-transferrable (can't be transferred to another week, or another person) and non-refundable.
• The remainder of the payment must be sent via e-transfer within 10 hours of registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a no-cancellation policy. Cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.

2. We are given notice via email only
3. We have a waitlist and your spot can be filled
4. You agree to forfeit your $50 deposit
