This is a pay plan for the Bohemia Festival 2025 - THINGS TO KNOW!

1. If a payment is missed we will retry it in 3 days

2. If a payment can not be collected we will email asking for new details - If no response is received within 3 days the pay plan is voided and the balance paid will be refunded minus stripe fees

3. We will email you and ask a time you would like booked (we will manually do this for you - This booking will say redeemable for 1 minute - This is a system limitation and we will manually book you - You will receive a confirmation email and reminder email/text)

4. Unfortunately from time to time people can be negative, hurtful or difficult to deal with. If this occurs your payment/booking will be immediately cancelled and refunded minus the stripe fee.

5. All refunds are made within 14 days of cancellation.
