These are fun rides on a little pony or miniature horse. The rider will ride in a purpose made saddle along with the animal being lead at all times. Parents will need to walk next to the animal for extra support. There will be around 15 minutes or so of riding.

This lesson is for first time riders at WRA. We will intorduce the rider to the academy and our riding program. Insturctors will go over the basics and more. Lesson includes 30 minutes of ride time during the 45minute lesson. This lesson type is for one on one instruction. No additional riders.

These are to introduce our young riders (4-8yrs old) to horses. Riders are started on a lead to ensure their safety. Taught the beginning basics of riding. When the instructor feels it's time for your rider to be off the lead they can move up to private 30min+ lessons.

These are one on one lessons with an instructor. ThIs is 30 minutes of ride time. The rider must have long pants, a helmet and boots with a smooth sole and a min of a 1in heel. If rider doesn't have a helmet or boots we have them for free rental or our tack store Air Capital Decor and Tack has them for sale. You can now add-on an additional 15 minutes to your lesson below.

These are one on one lessons with an instructor. This is 60 minutes of ride time. WRA has helmets (NO bicycle helmets) and boots for free rental. The rider must have long pants, and boots with a smooth sole & a min. of a 1in heel.

Plan on getting wet! We will have the water sprinklers going, and water games on the horses. Bring a change of clothes. We will paint the horses and bathe them. Riding basics, grooming, and saddling are all covered in this camp.

A slow paced & relaxing camp with a trail ride and cook out the last day!

This camp includes one hour minimum of riding each day.

Your kiddo and their friends will experience an interactive farm tour with tons of animals! Chickens, fainting goats, mini cow, pigs, ponies, mini horses, horses, mini donkeys, and more. They will be able to feed and pet them too!

There is an additional hour after the tour to have a party (tables & chairs provided).

Limit of 8 kids for these parties, can add on more kids below for an additional fee.

This is all things western! Saddle up for some western riding, and good old cowboy fun. Take a look into what cowboys do in real life.

Spend the morning with your child on the farm. Kids ride, have a craft, games, various fun activities and explore the farm.

Also, at first the rider needs to attend at least the first 4 practices.

These lessons are for first time riders ages 8yrs and up. Riders will learn basic horsemanship including grooming, saddling, mounting, dismounting, how to hold reins, how to properly guide a horse, start, stop and reverse. Riders will receive approximately 60 minutes of saddle time each lesson. These lessons are held once a week at the same time each week.

These lessons are for riders who have basic horsemanship skills and have previous riding experience. Riders will groom, tack their horse, guiding, control and learn basic and safe skills of walk and trot. Learn posting basic exercises in saddle. Riders must take intro/beginner group lessons before enrolling in level 1 unless instructor approved beforehand.

An interactive tour of horses, mini-horses, ponies, mini donkeys, baby doll sheep, desert painted sheep, fainting goats, pigs, micro miniature cow, chickens and more! Get a chance to feed & pet the animals, learn fun facts about them, & get to learn about how a horse farm operates. Our coordinator will call w/ more info.

The initial cost covers up to 4 kids (no charge for parents). It's an additional $5 per kiddo after the initial 4.

Tours average around 1 hour.

Trail rides are done outdoor on our beautiful 80 acre pasture. All riders MUST be instructor approved, min of 8 years old, hard hats and western saddles required, assist in prep and putting up of horses. Take a leisure ride through the pasture and trees. Remember, you must be approved before booking a trail ride. If you are a current student over 8yrs old you will be approved along with boarders.
