Out of Architecture

The Career Consulting Package is a 3-month engagement covering the core work to help you progress in your transition. The fee covers 4 hours of work with you and your advisor, and is typically separated into 2 hours of calls (2-3 meetings) and 2 hours of asynchronous support. That time can be used for corresponding via email, answering questions, making introductions, supporting with role search, etc. You will start with a 1 hour Onboarding call, then your advisor will likely suggest adjustments to this split based on your goals, events during your search and the most convenient ways of connecting. We expect that all calls will be taken within the 3-month window of purchase and the asynchronous time will be used for follow-up tasks, meeting prep, corresponding via email, material review, etc. Additional time is also available at a preset hourly rate.

This package is a comprehensive engagement with the OOA team across a 6-month period. Beyond the initial onboarding, you will meet with your advisor on a bi-weekly basis to generate new paths you hadn't considered before, decide together on which problems to focus, make connections in new fields, think creatively about how to deploy your valuable skills, and more. The process can span from the career search, into applications, offers, negotiation, and even into your new role working on upskilling, early tone-setting, etc. The package also includes asynchronous time that the advisor will be using to support you outside of calls and an asynchronous material review of your resume and work samples.
