Experience and Instructor approval required-This class is for clients who are experienced Pilates practitioners and have been granted approval to move to the next level by their Pilates Instructor. Safety is always our top priority! You can expect challenging balance moves, advanced classical repertoire, utilizing all studio Pilates apparatus, fast-paced instruction and a killer workout! This class is not designed for anyone experiencing joint pain, rehabbing an injury or with limited mobility.
